Day 1
Arrive, take a deep breath, raise a glass
Whether you arrive by ferry with your own vehicle or fly in by plane, you can start your week in Mallorca feeling relaxed – on request, we can organize a shuttle from the airport or pick you up directly at the ferry terminal. At the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel in Canyamel in the northeast of the island, a stylish retreat awaits you, nestled like a luxurious village in the hilly landscape – elegant, quiet, with plenty of space to breathe. At check-in, you will receive a warm welcome, including a welcome drink. In the evening, we meet for dinner at the hotel – first stories, first plans, first promises of “tomorrow we’ll really take it easy at first.”
Day 2
North coast: Curves, sea air, and a stop in Alcúdia
After a relaxed breakfast, we set off on our first tour through the north – ideal for getting into the rhythm, focusing our gaze, and learning to drive clean lines. The roads alternate between flowing curves, short technical passages, and viewpoints where you automatically slow down (purely out of respect for the panorama, of course). At lunchtime, we make a selected stop at the port of Alcúdia: sea air, boats, and a lunch that feels like a reward for concentrated driving. Later, those who wish can take a quick look at the old town – with its Roman traces, Alcúdia has more history than many a speedometer shows in kilometers. In between, we collect photo spots that prove: yes, there really are shades of blue that don’t exist in the paint catalog. In the evening, a select dinner awaits – just the thing to round off the day between curves and coast in style.
Day 3
East Coast to Motorworld
Today we change location: a sporty, scenic stage takes us across the east and southeast towards the south of Mallorca. Our destination is Motorworld: a meeting place for everything related to petrol, design and engineering – including an arranged lunch surrounded by sports cars and the like. (Warning: a spontaneous “just a quick look” often ends up turning into an hour of shop talk). Then we continue southwest to the second hotel, the Pure Salt Port Adriano: modern, stylish, right on the water – an elegant contrast to the rougher north coast. Check in, take a deep breath, and enjoy some time to yourself: harbor views, spa, or simply the feeling of having landed in the right place. In the evening, the highlight: dinner on the sunset terrace with a view of the Port Adriano marina.
Day 4
Rotor blades, vines, and Mallorcan serenity
After breakfast, things take an extraordinary turn: we take off on a helicopter flight over Mallorca – from above, the island looks like a perfectly drawn map of bays, mountains, and small villages. Afterwards, we return to indulgence mode and head for lunch, with the pleasant feeling of having just experienced a “cinema-quality drone perspective.” In the late afternoon, we immerse ourselves in Mallorca’s wines: a bodega tour including wine tasting and typical Mallorcan tapas/delicacies. Along the way, we learn that it’s not just the sun that ripens here, but also character – local grape varieties such as Manto Negro and Prensal Blanc are as Mallorcan as dry stone walls and cypress trees. And if anyone asks why everything seems so relaxed: it’s not slowness – it’s island timing. A day that shows that technology and enjoyment are not mutually exclusive, but complement each other perfectly.
Day 5
Queen stage: Serra de Tramuntana
Today, the driving highlight of the trip awaits: the Serra de Tramuntana with its legendary MA-10 – curve after curve, ever-changing radii, and views that you would normally only expect to see in movie trailers. Here, it’s all about clean driving: look far ahead, keep your hands steady, brake precisely – and suddenly every hairpin bend feels like a small victory. We pass romantic mountain villages such as Deià and Valldemossa. Valldemossa’s cobblestone streets are steeped in history: Frédéric Chopin once spent a winter here – he could probably have composed the soundtrack to these winding roads. Our lunch stop is extraordinary, located in the middle of the peaks in 1980s style – fresh air, sweeping views, and an extraordinary atmosphere. In the evening, we conclude with a dinner together, where the question is not whether it was a highlight – but which one.
Day 6
Last look
After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye – either by ferry or plane, with organized transfer available on request. Perhaps there’s time for one last look at the sea or an espresso, which was supposed to be “just a quick one” but ends up tasting like vacation. The route ends, but the images remain in your mind: curves, coastline, mountains, harbor lights.
