Day 1

Arrive, take a deep breath, and share the excitement

Your journey takes you to the Golfhotel Bodensee—a stylish starting point in a relaxed setting, surrounded by lush greenery and tranquility, setting just the right mood for the days of driving ahead. After check-in, there’s time to settle in, enjoy some initial conversations, and take a leisurely look at what lies ahead. During dinner together in the evening, anticipation usually builds all on its own: for legendary Alpine roads, impressive mountain passes, perfectly placed curves, and that special feeling when the road, the vehicle, and the landscape suddenly become one.

Day 2

The German Alpine Road, legendary curves, and sweeping lake views

After breakfast, the first long driving day begins. From Lake Constance, the route leads into the foothills and sections of the famous German Alpine Road. Smooth opening passages, smooth country roads and the first climbs quickly provide driving pleasure. One of the driving highlights is the Joch Pass, the highest federal road in Germany. At an altitude of around 1,178 meters, the road with its legendary 105 curves winds through the mountain landscape and demands the precise mixture of precision, line-following and clean rhythm that sport-oriented drivers love. Passing by well-known places like Füssen, the view opens up to Neuschwanstein Castle, before a selected stop is made at a picturesque traditional inn at lunchtime. Another highlight is the famous Kesselbergstraße – one of the most well-known panoramic roads in Bavaria. It is exciting with its dynamic course, clean curve radii and the constant change between forest, hillside and lake view. Later, the Achen Pass is another notable section that connects Bavaria with Tyrol, impressing with its wide lines and harmonious flow, and runs directly along the Achensee. In the evening, the stage ends at the traditional Gasthof Hotel Post in the Zillertal.

Day 3

High Alpine, winding and a driver’s final challenge

The second day of the ride starts from Achensee through wooded passages and along impressive water landscapes, before the route becomes increasingly sporty. It quickly becomes clear: This day is rougher, higher and even more winding. A special attraction of this stage lies in the alternation of fluid sections and technically more demanding passages through the impressive landscape of the Isar Valley. The highlight of the day awaits in the form of a real pass classic: the Hahntennjoch. The road rises here to around 1,894 meters and is one of the most spectacular mountain passes in Tyrol. Narrow turns, steeper ramps, quick direction changes, and high alpine scenery provide the exact mix of respect and euphoria that makes a great pass. Through promising highways, we continue in the direction of Vorarlberg. The route over Hochkrumbach and along the Bregenzerwaldstraße is particularly impressive with its smooth curves, varying altitudes, and strong landscape changes. On the way back towards Lake Constance, a final pass section adds some driving spice before the route winds down more gently. In the evening back in Weißensberg, one thing in particular sticks in the mind: two days full of curves, altitude and roads that were not just driven – but experienced.

Day 4

Last look

After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye. Perhaps there is still time for a last cup of coffee, a glance into the greenery or a short conversation about the favorite moment of the last few days. The journey ends, but the head cinema remains: 105 curves on the Joch Pass, the high alpine character of the Hahntennjoch, the dynamics of the Kesselbergstraße, deep blue lakes, distinctive altitude and that special feeling when a road delivers exactly what its reputation promises.
